Refund policy

At Il Lume Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and not installed.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
